26th September 2022 Windsurfing: Ynyslas Wind Direction: NNW Wind Stength: 20-35 knots Surf / Sea State: 2-3 foot surf Air Temperature: 14ºC Sea Temperature: 17ºC Weather: Sunny Spells Max Speed: Distance Covered: Trying out my new boards with Steve, Simon and Chris. Wind was crazy at times but OK most of the time. Couldn't get on with the Severne Nano 87ltr V2 as there was just no grip in the back end so ended up spinning out all the time. (See blog post: https://www.alananna.co.uk/blog/2022/09/new-boards-old-faces-severne-nano-v 2-issues/) New RRD 104 FSW felt good but was a little too much for the conditions most of the time. Did manage to get the Severne Nano working in the end but it still wasn't great. A good session though with some of the old faces back on the water which was nice to see. |
